These are the terms you agree to when you order from Sublime Momento.

Prices

All prices are in South African rand. Sublime Momento is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to or included in any price, and our order confirmations are receipts, not tax invoices. If we register for VAT, we will update these terms before VAT appears on any price. The price you see when you add a piece to your cart is the price we charge; delivery is added at checkout. We re-price every order on our side before payment, so you will always see the current price before you pay.

Everything is made to order

Nothing in the shop is held in stock. Your order is a request for us to make a piece, and we start making it once payment clears. See Delivery & Returns for what that means if you change your mind.

The spelling is yours

You are responsible for the name and the wording you submit. We cut exactly what you type — the same spelling, the same capital letters, the same punctuation. The shop shows you your wording in large type before you pay so that you can check it. A piece cut with the spelling you gave us is not a fault, and cannot be returned or remade for free.

Colour and wood

Colours look different on every screen, and the swatches here are a guide rather than a match. Wood is a natural material: grain, tone and small marks differ from board to board, so your piece will not be identical to the photograph. That is the nature of the thing, not a defect.

Lead times

Lead times are honest estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays are outside our control. If something is going to be late, we will tell you rather than let you wonder.

Copyright

If you send us wording, artwork or a logo to cut, you confirm that you are allowed to use it. We will turn down anything that looks like someone else's trademark.
